The shift

The shift to building systems that build software started with a practical frustration: delivery had drowned in ceremony. Compliance had replaced business thinking. Headcount costs climbed while output flatlined. The tools to work differently have been here for a while. What's been missing is the willingness to redesign around them.

The iGaming sector has a specific problem: platform decisions made five to ten years ago are becoming liabilities, and the vendor landscape is not honest about it. The AI wave has compounded this; most AI adoption in the space is cosmetic. This is where we focus.
